Harajuku/Restaurants
Bills
This restaurant is located inside "Tokyu Plaza" which is a big building that looks like a kaleidoscope. The restaurant situated on the 7th floor looks over the beautiful Omotesando streets and the city of Harajuku, which makes it a perfect spot for a casual dining! They don't serve Japanese dish because this is actually an Australian restaurant.
Warning: This place is EXTREMELY popular so you will probably not be able to get a seat (especially during weekends and holidays) so I suggest you get a reservation at their website. |

Wired Cafe 360°
An Italian Restaurant/Cafe:
As you can probably guess from the name, this restaurant/cafe has wireless network, which is pretty awesome. Not only do they have wireless network, they have about 10 iPads at the counter seat which are available to anyone for free (as long as you're ordering something).
The restaurant is round shaped, with glass walls which lets you see the whole Harajuku 360 degrees! This might be an excellent place to take pictures without being disturbed by a crowd.
Although it is a popular place, it is a pretty small cafe therefore cannot fit too many customers. So avoid going around lunch time because you would probably have to wait in line.
LOCATION: Entering the Takeshita Street from the Harajuku Station side, go all the way to the end of the Takeshita Street, and you'll appear before an intersection. It should look pretty much like the screen shot of google-map on the left (however some things might be a little different since this picture is more than a year old.) Wired Cafe 360° will be on the 5th floor of the somewhat round-shaped white building you see in the middle of the picture.

Eggs 'n ThingsAmong all the crepe shops in Harajuku, this is by far the MOST famous one. I haven't tried all the crepes in Harajuku so I cannot say for certain that it is the best one, but it must be pretty tasty since there are people lining up for hours just to get in!
The average price should be from ¥1,000-¥2,000. For a peek at some of their menu, click MENU (only in Japanese). Unlike most of the crepe shops in Harajuku, it is not just a stand, it has a nice terrace, lots of places to sit inside, the whole atmosphere of the shop is very Hawaiian. LOCATION: Take the "Omote-sando Exit". It should take about 5-10 minutes from there. The location is too complicated to explain with words so I suggest you look up the place on google maps before you get there. You can try asking some people, the place is really famous so a lot of people should know. |

The Food Court (2F) is not very big, so it is usually very crowded, but it has a lot of restaurants you can choose from, so I suggest this place if you're one of those people that aren't so good with Japanese food. They sell pretty much everything from fast food to Asian food such as Indian curry, to spaghettis and soups.
Sweet's Paradise (3F) has lunch menus, but their forte are cakes&cupcakes. This place is expensive compared to the food court. It's around ¥2,000 for an hour and a half. But you can eat as much as you want, so if you eat a lot of sweets, this is a place for you! |
